Yes, absolutely. If you've booked a test and paid the deposit online, you can add/remove any tests when you're here on the day. Feel free to discuss your booking with our clinic staff on the day, who will be more than happy to help. You are also welcome to see our doctor beforehand for advice and a Consultation.

Yes. If you would like your results explained, you can book a follow-up consultation (in person or virtually) with one of our doctors, who will go through them in detail.

If any of your results fall outside the normal range, we will contact you promptly and you are welcome to attend for a consultation with one of our doctors to discuss next steps and any treatment or referrals you might need.

No, your results are confidential and will only be shared with you. If you would like us to send them to your GP, we can do so with your written consent.

Yes, we do accept walk-ins but when possible, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability and minimise waiting times.

Most tests are available for patients over 16 years old. For children’s tests, please contact the clinic first to confirm availability. If you are booking on behalf of a child, you will be asked to confirm responsibility for the child and will be asked to provide a copy of your ID.

You can pay online when booking or at the clinic on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash and direct bank transfers.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t attend. Deposits are refundable if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
